Precisely controlled cutting of reinforced concrete, masonry and stone parts of buildings and facilities is performed by automated wall cutting system HILTI DS TS20-E. It is suitable for horizontal and vertical cuts up to 73 cm thick. It is used for cutting and widening holes in walls, for cutting floors in order to lay sewer pipes. Diamand saw could be used for removing whole or parts of structural elements.
Drilling holes by diamond drilling system in ceilings, walls and floors is necessary in order to make holes for pipes, cables, ventilation and service entrances. An identical method is used for taking cylindrical samples (cores) for laboratory tests. VN Engineering Ltd. is equipped with diamond drilling machines, making holes with diameter up to 600 mm and depth up to 120 cm.
