Precisely controlled cutting of reinforced-concrete, masonry and stone parts of buildings and structures is carried out with the HILTI DS TS20-E automated wall-sawing system.

Diamond cutting

Precisely controlled cutting of reinforced-concrete, masonry and stone parts of buildings and structures is carried out with the HILTI DS TS20-E automated wall-sawing system. It makes horizontal and vertical cuts up to 73 cm thick — for cutting and widening openings in walls, cutting floors to lay drainage pipes, and removing whole massive elements or parts of them.

Core drilling

Core drilling through ceilings, walls and floors provides openings for pipes, cables, ventilation and service access. The same method is used to take cylindrical samples (cores) for laboratory testing of the material. VN Engineering Ltd. operates diamond core drills for holes up to 600 mm in diameter and 120 cm deep.
